-Add A training course to any part of the map.
From what I've seen and experienced on others servers, having a difficult but completable training course is one of the better ways of keeping players on. Few servers have these and even fewer update them so adding one of these in would be a great way of showing that you want your troopers to hone their skills in target practice and climb swep and just keeping people entertained. and if you've been on recently, you can see Jim/Anomaly spawning in climb swep courses which instantly draw people in to practice.

-Add an OOC lounge/room
I understand that nearly all servers have these but when you go onto a server without one, the server instantly feels a little more dull and boring. OOC lounges are great places to build a reputation, make friends and have a good laugh with other people. I also understand that OOC lounges can be one of the most common places for people to afk in instead of roleplaying, a simple fix to that is to just close it off at certain times. if you want people to rp, make a fading door that is toggle only and link it to a lever like in a place only admins can access.

-Make Commanders/Officers do training for their troopers.
This may sound boring for the troopers but if done correctly and if training is done maybe once every 2 days, it's a great way of keeping your troopers online.

-Add a Medbay
Medbays are great places for people to roleplay, medics can call checkups on people and people can just come in and rp that they have an injury. Its a fun place for medics to rp and can give more incentive for people to tryout for a medic class on the server.

I understand that the server is fairly new but adding these in will keep people on, if you do decide to add them in. wait a bit before adding each one so some don't get used at all while others get everyone using them.

Hopefully this gets seen by most people and hopefully others will agree with me on what should be added, while also adding their own ideas in the comments of this thread.
