[color=#27ae60]Why Are You Applying To Be A Moderator? Why Should We Choose You? [/color]I have a good amount of experience with ULX. I have a pretty calm personality. I have been able to handle large and loud sits before, and I have a good amount of self-control. [color=#2ecc71]Why have you applied for staff? [/color]Because I feel I could be a good addition to the staff team and help the server be able to grow and become more of a community. [color=#27ae60]What separates you from other candidates? [/color]I have a decent amount of experience with staff, and I am on whenever I can be. And I am usually on when people aren't on, thus meaning more minges on the server. [color=#2ecc71]What sort of person do you consider yourself? [/color]I see myself as a person who can give out punishment and be friendly at the same time. Not to a large extent on both ends. [color=#27ae60]In what manner do you handle situations?[/color] As calmly as possible, and if they refuse to listen i'll become increasingly aggressive. Making sure that my anger does not affect my judgement. [color=#2ecc71]On a scale of 1/10 how well known do you believe you are within the community? [/color]5/10 Some people know me some don't. [color=#2980b9]Situation 1: 3 Cadets join the server and go off and act like a normal troopers. It comes to event time and everyone is in debrief and the cadets takes the opportunity to start being racist and start bringing up stereotypes that discomfort others and are being mingy and start to bully/harass the other troopers. What do you do?[/color] Teleport them to me, if they minge whilst in the sit I will kick, or jail depending on the situation. From there I will assess the situation, if they continue minge in the sit. (Racial slurs ect,) I will ban them for 2-4 hours. For disrespect to staff, no intent to RP and minging. [color=#3498db]Situation 2: 4 friends join the server and 3 of them are taking it in turns to RDM the rest of the server trying to see who can get the most amount of kills. The other Cadet however is just being a normal trooper but then starts to laugh when his friends continue and start harassing other troopers/players. You then ban the first 3 for mass RDM, what do you do with the 4th?[/color] Inform them that if they think that is funny that they should move to another server. May have no intent to RP. [color=#2980b9]Situation 3: You see 2 or more staff/players arguing in front of a lot of people, it’s getting pretty bad and the argument has no end in sight, what do you do?[/color] Tell them to take it somewhere else or stop the argument entirely, they have plenty of areas that are not near other players and they can do it isolated. And inform a higher up of the situation. [color=#3498db]Situation 4: What do you do when you hear someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server?[/color] Warn them to not persist, and if they do IP-Ban and inform the owner/staff of what has happened.
